1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgeVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgeVault provides a free age-calculation tool and optional paid digital reports. The free tool calculates your approximate age based on your date of birth. Paid reports include additional statistics, life milestone analysis, and a countdown to your next birthday.

The Service does not require or collect your name. The calculator operates with only your date of birth (processed in your browser) and your email address (for report delivery).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using AgeVault you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before making a purchase.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Upon successful payment, your report is delivered to the email address you provided.
• Digital reports are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

Because our reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds after delivery. If you have not received your report within 24 hours of payment, contact us at contact@agevault.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Accuracy of Information

AgeVault performs calculations based on the date of birth you provide. We make no warranty that the calculations are free of rounding or precision errors. Life statistics and comparisons in the Full Life Report are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent payment details.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on AgeVault — including text, graphics, logos, and report templates — is owned by AgeVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgeVault and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
